Regionalism in South Asia

A Thunderbird associate professor with expertise on South Asian markets has published a book that examines the main cooperation issues in the region. Kishore C. Dash released “Regionalism in South Asia” at the 49th annual International Studies Association convention March 26-29, 2008, in San Francisco. The book addresses key South Asian issues such as the 1985 formation of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation, the acquisition of nuclear capabilities by India and Pakistan, conflicts in Kashmir, the war in Afghanistan and India’s growing economy.

Dash team teaches a corporate learning program called “Doing Business in India.”
