Time to rethink MBA ethics education

This is a presentation I gave to the association of MBA career advisors last week in Arizona (about 30 minutes).  There are shorter, edited pieces in YouTube: Business schools to blame? (3:11), Liberating phrases for business schools (1:59) and The problem with MBA ethics classes (1:50).

Just watching this video answered a lot of questions i’ve had.
I fully support Mr. Cabrerras thoughts.

But it is still a long way to go. For example: What do you do or how do you react, if you desperately want a specific job but your honourable values teached at Thunderbird wouldn’t allow you to accept this job? Or same situation with your supervisor on a task or at negotiations you have to close successfully. Sometimes it looks like it is a luxury addon in these days.

Another comment and suggestion: I wonder if it is possible for EMBA students or EMBA alumni to sign this oath of honour?
