As “hiring by video” continues to escalate in popularity, the question is no longer if you’ll have to do a video interview sometime during your career search, but rather when. Recognizing this growing trend, we felt it was important to offer our students and alumni the ability to practice their skills with this increasingly-utilized medium. InterviewStream offers users the ability to practice both their verbal and non-verbal communication skills by responding to pre-recorded interview questions. Running the gamut from “Tell me a little bit about yourself” to more technical and industry-specific questions, InterviewStream is a great tool that can be used effectively by any T-bird preparing for a video interview. Currently, InterviewStream is used by “nine out of the top ten global MBA programs” including Booth, Darden, Wharton and now Thunderbird.
