A few weeks ago on March 15th and 16th, the Najafi Global Mindset Institute (NGMI) hosted our inaugural “Developing Leaders for Global Roles Summit”!

We had people from Italy, Great Britain, France, Australia, South Africa, China, Vietnam, Mexico, India and the United States at our new facilities on the Thunderbird School of Global Management’s campus in Glendale for our Summit.

Korea’s Global Mindset?
I just read the article posted in the Korea Times, June 19, 2011by By Ahn Choong-yong, the KOTRA Foreign Investmenet Ombudsman, where he is arguing that Korea, despite being the chair of the G-20 Summit in 2010, is not as ‘globalized’ as it needs to be.  In fact, he states that Korea has a xenophobic mentality.
