I just read the article posted in the Korea Times, June 19, 2011by By Ahn Choong-yong, the KOTRA Foreign Investmenet Ombudsman, where he is arguing that Korea, despite being the chair of the G-20 Summit in 2010, is not as ‘globalized’ as it needs to be.  In fact, he states that Korea has a
xenophobic mentality.
