Congress slumbers as U.S. churns out moneyLack of money has not slowed the U.S. war effort in Iraq. When cash runs low, the government simply makes more. This lapse in White House leadership has taken its toll on the U.S. dollar and plunged the country into escalating debt. Congress has power to intervene, but first our lawmakers must wake up and hear the whirring of the printing presses used to churn out fresh bills.

Is a global mindset in your DNA?Corporations have long struggled to identify those managers best suited to lead them into foreign markets. Now, a team of Thunderbird researchers led by Mansour Javidan, Ph.D., has created a tool to do just that. Javidan says the Global Mindset Inventory, a scientific assessment that takes about eight minutes to complete, could have helped Airbus and Boeing avoid months of delays as they struggled to roll out ambitious new projects.
