Help us create Thunderbird’s next tagline!

Submit Thunderbird's Next TaglineAn organization’s tagline is an important driver of brand recognition. Just like those referenced in this image, a successful tagline resonates with consumers and is easy to remember. It’s time we harnessed the power of Thunderbird in a powerful, memorable tagline as well.

With the mass globalization of business, Thunderbird is surrounded by a slew of other b-schools claiming to be the best in international management. To stay relevant and maintain public recognition as the world’s #1 school in international business, we need your help in showcasing the uniqueness of Thunderbird.

Submit your tagline suggestions, in six words or fewer, to the comments box below. Entries will be accepted through March 12. Stay tuned to Thunderbird social media as the new tagline will be unveiled this summer.

Note: Difference of opinion is expected, however rude or inappropriate comments will be deleted. Rudeness to any contributors will not be tolerated. All submissions become property of Thunderbird School of Global Management. As this is not a contest, no formal prizes will be awarded for submissions used in developing Thunderbird’s tagline. However, at the conclusion of this activity we will share the names and entries of the individuals whose submissions made the final list.

  1. Karen Brown Says:

    Ideas:
    Find the Thunderbird in you.
Embrace the world. Make a difference.
    Connect with the world.
    Touch the world.
Lead globally through local action (probably too corny)
Put your boots on the ground.

And, I believe you meant “Six words or fewer,” not “Six words or less.” I could not help myself. ;-)

The brand essence of Thunderbird is about educating global leaders. The competitive advantage is that Thunderbird was born, raised, developed, and has always been and always will be married/committed to global management education. Other schools cannot claim that space from us so

I would recommend choosing a tagline that communicates this positioning, which can be based on fact and can be expanded on via through the rest of the integrated marketing communication efforts via youtube, facebook, website, media investment, blogs, direct marketing materials etc, paid search, etc.

succeeded, because he had experimented thousands of times to find the best material for lights. Every success calls for hard work. If you want to suc-ceed, work hard
