This sounds like an awesome opportunity for you guys! As I was reading, I could just picture you all at the rooftop cafes working hard. Anyway, regarding the piece on the legitimacy of Kbiz in Nha Trang, some thoughts popped into my head, and have probably already occurred to you, but thought it might be worth mentioning. Case studies and building a client portfolio or resume would be a good way to establish credibility among potential clients. Being able to hand over a nicely organized folder with brief case studies on successful projects and lists of clients and references speaks worlds to those who have doubts. Also could be good to reiterate these examples on the Kbiz website.

Have fun and work hard, you guys!

This is excellent stuff. However, be always aware that a translator not necessarily translates what you actually say, especially if he/she is part of the business team and there is self-interest involved... These are great experiences. I am thrilled that you learn so much! Keep it up team!
